A TMU student was brutally attacked for expressing solidarity with Palestine at a recent meeting on campus. The video of the TMU security officer brutally assaulting the TMU student is disturbing and the treatment of the student is dangerous, in which the student says “you’re hurting me” and “I can’t breathe” while pinned on the ground. In response students are calling for a walkout on Wednesday, Sep 24 at 1:30pm at Kerr Quad. All three student unions will be there.
