Thank you to all who attended the negotiating mandate meeting. We are happy to inform you that the TFA’s negotiating mandate presented by the Negotiating Committee was unanimously adopted at our February 23rd mandate meeting.
The negotiating mandate was developed after extensive consultation with members through departmental visits, committee meetings, and our negotiating survey. We appreciate the input and strong support of members for this negotiating mandate.
We would also like to remind you of the TFA’s 2026 Spring Opener on Thursday March 26, 2026 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at the Thomas Lounge at the Oakham House. The Opener will serve as a bargaining kick-off event to support the Negotiating Committee as we go to the bargaining table at the end of March. So please come out to meet and support the committee!
